Several projects have also been awarded marks of distinction. In fact, Rachel Julien’s trophy case holds 18 awards of excellence.
LAURENT & CLARK
The passionate of Art and culture have a new address in Montreal: The Laurent & Clark, a unique residential development in its own style situated in the center of all effervescence from the Quartier des Spectacles. Inspired by the neighbourhood’s cosmopolitan atmosphere, Rachel Julien conceived this project of two tours of 20 and 25 stories which will be divided in two phases in the Quartiers des Spectacle district.
BASSINS DU HAVRE
Located close to Downtown, les Bassins du Havre offers an environment where water is ubiquitous: the Lachine Canal, water ponds at the center of the site, dock-like private terraces, rooftop swimming pools, spa, etc. Built on the Lachine Canal waterfront and surrounded by natural green spaces, the buildings will literally sit on the water.
QUARTIER 54
Project of 350 laureate condos by a call for proposal from the city of Montreal, Quartier 54 is situated in the district of Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie . The exceptional quality of this project is highlighted by its awards and nominations.
PLACE DELACROIX
How to preserve a religious building which acts as an architectural pillar in its district? Rachel Julien gave a new vocation to the Saint-Jean de la Croix church by converting its building into a co-ownership. This project is recipient of an excellence award.
